Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to every order placed with Compass Point Interiors Ltd, trading as C.P.I. Bathrooms ("we", "us") by a trade customer ("you"). By opening a trade account or placing an order you accept these terms.
1. Trade accounts
Trade accounts are open to builders' merchants, showrooms, developers, contractors and other trade businesses. We may ask for company details and references, and may decline or close an account. Credit terms are offered at our discretion
2. Prices
Trade prices are shown on your price list or quote and exclude VAT and delivery unless stated. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless it is mentioned otherwise in quotation. We may change prices before an order is accepted.
3. Orders
An order is accepted when we confirm it in writing or dispatch the goods. Product images and colours are a guide; finishes can vary slightly between batches. We may make minor changes to specifications that do not affect use or appearance.
4. Delivery and risk
Delivery terms are set out on our Customer Care page. Risk passes to you on delivery. Ownership passes to you once we have received payment in full.
5. Returns, damage and faults

6. Guarantees
Product guarantees, are set out in the product information and where the full guarantee terms are published. Guarantees do not cover wear and tear, incorrect installation, misuse or harsh cleaning products.
7. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise our total liability for any order is limited to the price of that order, and we are not liable for loss of profit, loss of business or indirect loss.
8. Disclaimer
We try to keep the information on this website accurate and up to date, but product details, dimensions, stock and prices can change. Always check the technical drawing and installation guide before fitting, and confirm critical dimensions with us before you order. Links to other websites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.
9. Copyright and intellectual property
All content on this website - including text, product photographs, technical drawings, brochures, logos and the C.P.I. Bathrooms name - belongs to Compass Point Interiors Ltd, trading as C.P.I. Bathrooms or is used with permission. Trade customers may use our product images and descriptions to sell C.P.I. Bathrooms products, provided they are not altered in a misleading way. Any other copying or reuse needs our written permission.
10. General
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If any part of these terms is found invalid, the rest still applies.
