Privacy Policy

Last updated: 10.11.2026

C.P.I. Bathrooms respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. We handle personal data responsibly and in accordance with applicable UK data protection laws, including the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. We take appropriate measures to keep personal information secure and use it only for legitimate business purposes, in line with our Privacy Policy.

What we collect

  • Contact details: your name, company name, business type, email address, phone number and delivery address.
  • Account and order details: what you ask for, order history, invoices and correspondence.
  • Website data: pages visited, device and browser information, collected through cookies (see "Cookies" below).
  • Marketing choices: whether you have opted in to our trade offers and updates.

How we use it, and our lawful basis

  • To set up and run your trade account, send price lists and quotes, and process orders and deliveries - to take steps at your request and perform our contract with you.
  • To answer enquiries, keep business records and improve our website and service - our legitimate interests in running the business.
  • To meet tax, accounting and other legal duties - legal obligation.
  • To email you trade offers, new ranges and price list updates - only where you have opted in, or where the law allows us to contact business customers. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business, under contract: our website platform, our customer records system CRM provider, email service, couriers and hauliers who deliver your order, payment providers, and our accountants. We may also share data where the law requires it.

Some providers store data outside the UK. Where they do, we rely on UK adequacy regulations or approved contract terms to protect it.

How long we keep it

We keep account and order records for 5 years after the last order for tax and accounting purposes. Enquiries that do not lead to an account are kept for 2 years. Marketing preferences are kept until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, object to or restrict how we use it, ask for a copy to move elsewhere, and withdraw consent at any time. Email info@cpibathrooms.co.uk.

Cookies

Our website uses essential cookies to work, and - only with your consent - analytics and marketing cookies. You can change your choice at any time through the cookie banner or your browser settings.
